Refund policy
Refunds
We offer refunds to our customers in several scenarios. All refunds are only given back in the original payment method. In all cases, we need to be emailed on info@ledlegs.com to request the refunds.
1) You are returning your goods and it qualifies for returns
If you have returned your goods we will inspect them on receiving them back and if it meets our returns policy we will automatically refund the money within 14 business days back to the original payment method.
2) Good has come completely damaged
In the event that goods have come badly damaged we consider that for a full refund. We would require several photos of the product and the original box packing to show the damage and it has to be sent within 14 days of your receiving the goods at your place.
If we believe that the goods are not deemed fit we will arrange a full refund within 14 days. In the event that the goods are slightly damaged, we may request them to be shipped back to us and then we will process the refund in 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
3) Goods never arrived at the address provided to us
All our goods come with a tracking number which tracks the goods all the way to the country. Our policy requires our customers to notify us within 60 days of the order date if the goods have not reached their place so we can start the investigation and try and track the goods down.
In the event that the goods never reached your provided address within 120 days from the day of order, we will arrange a full refund. Please note that we need to wait for 120 days from the day of order before we can arrange this. The reason is occasionally couriers get lost for some time or get returned to us due to various human errors or other mistakes.
At the end of 120 days if you have still not got the goods to send us an email and within 14 days we will arrange a full refund for you if we cannot track your goods down.
